Agile Updates for Non-Returnable Product
As a continuous improvement effort, this week our Terms and Conditions, Agile Product Search, and Agile Returns Application are all being updated to provide consistent and aligned terminology. The updates are intended to provide you with improved visibility and clarity around which products are categorized as “active stock” and therefore eligible for return versus products which show in inventory as “Limited availability and Clearance” but are not active stock product and are therefore ineligible for return.
- Acuity Terms & Conditions will be updated to change the verbiage from “Phased out” to instead say “Limited availability and Clearance” inventory is non-returnable.
- Agile Returns Tool will be updated to change the “Stocking Flag” from saying “Phased out” to instead saying “Limited availability and Clearance”.
- Agile Product Search Tool will be updated to specifically call out “Limited availability and Clearance” products as non-returnable.
