Coming Monday April 19th……Order Releasing Rules Change!
Voice of the customer has indicated receiving multiple shipments to complete small orders is less than ideal. In an effort to improve fill rates, delivery quality, and reduce transactional costs, Acuity Brands will implement a change to the order releasing rules to auto populate a Produce and Ship Complete flag on orders that meet the below criteria:
- Applies to unrestricted C&I orders only (no NotB4, On Site date, line groupings, etc.)
- Orders that include Light Quick stock lines will be excluded from this logic
- DSP Value on order less than $2,000
- Maximum lead time on any of the order lines of 15 days
- All order lines available to ship from same shipping location
This change will apply to orders placed after April 18th. Should you have any questions around this change please reach out to your Customer Resolution Rep.
Hi I definitely disagree with this change. By adding in this logic you are taking our control away. Instead of constantly making changes in Agile to help the inadequate you should be teaching these agencies on how to enter orders. Multiple shipments on small orders can be avoided by Grouping. You are going in the wrong direction with these changes
