Update to Order Management
Today we have deployed two enhancements in order management to help with processing efficiencies.
We have moved the “call before” prompt up to enable agents to enter in call before information before placing order in agile OM. This should reduce line activation time for vendor material and eliminate manual intervention from Acuity Customer Resolution.

We have also updated order management to accept the quote instruction “quote #” on a quote convert. This will eliminate the need to add the instruction on the order management header.
