Agile Quotes Deployment (01/12/23)
This morning we deployed a new release of Agile Quotes (2.0.227.0). This release includes the following updates:
Request Review Changes: Two new required fields have been added to the ‘Submit Quote for Review’ dialog to provide more context to the AQD about the opportunities they are reviewing. They new fields and options are:
- Bid Stage:
- Budget Pricing
- Initial Bid
- Rebid
- Final Negotiations
- Approver for Order
- Order Timeframe:
- < 30 Days
- 30 to 90 days
- > 90 Days
‘Approved for Convert’ Factor Warning on ADC Quote Requests: New logic has been added to warn users upon selection of ‘Approved for Convert’ on ADC Quote requests when one or more factors are applied to the quote and have not yet been moved over to the Unit $ or Ovg $ fields.
‘Unlock Records’ Tab Improvements: A series of improvements have been made to the ‘Unlock Records’ Tab of the Admin dialog box.
- Records are also now being sorted by Rep # first, then Quote #
- A new Rep # dropdown has also been added to filter the list down to one agency at a time
- Multiple quotes can now be unlocked at a time with the check boxes, including all quotes at a particular agency after a selection has been made from the Rep # dropdown
‘ADC QQ Email Users’ Tab Bug Fix: Pagination has been added to this page in order to resolve a timeout issue that was occurring for corporate users
MFG Lead Time Values for NCI Products
- AEL Arch-Outdoor NCI products will now return a MFG Lead Time in Agile Quotes similar to AEL Infrastructure and Holophane NCI products.
