On February 13th, 2023 we are launching a new home for all your financial accounting requests and questions. If you use a bookmarked or saved the URL to the old Customer Financial Assistance (CFA) tool, as of February 13th, you will be automatically redirected to the new webpage. We heard the voices of our agents, sales, and service teams! You said the tool itself was one of your top 3 pain points when requesting accounting help; that the current tool is difficult to use, it is hard to understand what selection and intakes to use, and it is not accessible from our core ABL tools.
Your feedback was crucial to building this new site. Highlights of our new Customer Financial Assistance (CFA) webpage include:
- Found on acuitybrands.com and can also be accessed from agile
- Most frequently used request forms are linked at the top, so they are easy to find for power users
- Written in FAQ format for less familiar users trying to find help
- Quick access to the Finance Shared Services Who to Call file (download and enter Customer ID to find your assigned Financial Analyst and Escalation contacts).
Our work is not done!
Also, in your feedback was the need for faster resolution/ response time and on-demand visibility into your requests’ status. We are working to improve request intake forms and processes, as well as work queue visibility and management. We will continue to reach out for feedback and update you as work progresses.
