Project Order Status – Enhancements (10/08/2023)
Recently, we introduced the Project Order Status feature in its first iteration phase. Thanks to your valuable feedback, we’ve made significant improvements!
One issue we addressed was a 401 error some users encountered during login. We implemented changes on 09/29 to fix this problem, and since then, no additional errors have been reported.
Now, lets review some of the overall enhancements! We enhanced the user experience by allowing users to customize their view and export settings. In the preferences section, you will now find an ‘x’ icon next to each column. Clicking this icon removes the column from both the Project Order Status screen and the exported data. If you want to restore these columns, simply refresh the page.
Looking ahead, in version 2 of Project Order Status, we plan to introduce live add and remove features for even more seamless customization.

Additional enhancements:
- Expanded Content Area: We’ve removed the page footer, enabling more content to be displayed without the need for scrolling. Now, you can access additional information without any interruptions.
- Streamlined Access: To enhance user experience, we’ve disabled the “Project Order Status” button on the Project Container Orders tab when there are no active orders. This ensures that users only interact with relevant options, making the interface more intuitive.
- UI Consistency: In order to align the display of information in Project Order Status with other tools in the Agile Suite, we have made a specific update to cancelled lines. Cancelled lines will now appear with strikethrough text. This change ensures a consistent and familiar visual representation across all tools, enhancing user understanding and experience.
- Date Display: Updated the date columns for application consistency – MM/DD/YY
- Print Changes: To ensure the print feature was easy to use, we have updated it to default to landscape view, with a footer removed, and set the default to fit-to-page.
