agile Conversion to HTTPS (11/15/2023)

We continue our journey to modernize agile.  The migration of agile Home and all of the agile applications from the HTTP protocol to HTTPS is a 3 step process.   The first step was completed a few months ago with the changeover of the agile application URLs to HTTPS.  This past weekend we completed step 2 in the process which was a change to agile Home to call the new URLs.  The third and last step will take place in the coming weeks which involves a security validation to certify that agile is fully and completely operational using HTTPS. 

What does this mean to you?  HTTPS enhances agiles’ security by ensuring all data transmissions are fully encrypted.   The only difference you should notice is that agile URLs begin with https:// instead of http://   You should not notice any difference in the operation of agile on the surface, however if you encounter any issues please contact Agency Support at AgencySupport@AcuityBrands.com or 1-800-241-3638 or submit a support ticket with the details of the issue.
