Expedite Request: Entry Self-service
Our Customer Experience (CX) and Technology teams are committed to enhancing our processes and applications. Our core objectives include creating better user experiences, promoting operational productivty gains, and empowering our users via self-service capabilities.
We are excited to introduce our new Expedite Request Entry self-service capabilities.
- What?
- Ability to self-serve and enter expedites directly in the Agile Order Management application.
- Why?
- We want to empower our users, streamline the process, and place their request in front of the right people in a timely manner.
- When?
- We will phase in agencies in waves between mid August and end of September.
- Your Order Support representative will contact you 1 to 2 weeks in advance of your roll out wave with specific dates and supporting training assets information. They will also be available to help answer any questions you may have or a walk thru.

*Users will need to log into Acuity Academy and search for “Agile Order Management Expedite Entry Process“.
