Distributors can now place ADC Product Search orders that are shipping out of their agent’s territory as long as the amount of the order is $1,000 or less. Orders larger than $1,000 are still not allowed and will require the distributor contact their agent for placement. This change will reduce the frequency of distributors having to contact the agency to place these orders on their behalf.

Orders placed via ADC by the distributor now have the option of adding a manual drop ship address. Clicking on the ellipses icon will bring up a dialog box for entering the address. *Note – distributors are not able to enter a shipping address that is outside their agency’s territory.
You asked and we listened! Starting on Monday 2/25 Product Search will again display the available quantity in the closest DC that stocks the product from the dashboard. This will be shown in the Location Available and Location columns and will provide quick visibility of stock availability.
