Order Notes

  • A new feature in agile Order Management that shows a column for line item notes. This addition allows agents to efficiently communicate specific comments on each line, which can be printed for customer reference. By utilizing the current Notes functionality, this new column for “Note on Line” will show if any notes have been added to that line and can be accessed from the Notes tab on the order.

    Note: Ensure that Order Management preferences are set to show Notes from Quote and Hold Order:

    Visibility of Total Ext $

    • A new column in agile Order Management system that displays the total dollar value by line item, similar to the Total Ext $ column on the Quote side. Agents can now quickly and accurately see the total extended cost, including CIP dollars, directly within the Order Management interface by adding this column to the order layout.

    MFG PO Preferences

    • Agents can now choose whether to round commission percentages to the nearest whole number or keep them as precise values.

    Voice of the customer has indicated receiving multiple shipments to complete small orders is less than ideal. In an effort to improve fill rates, delivery quality, and reduce transactional costs, Acuity Brands will implement a change to the order releasing rules to auto populate a Produce and Ship Complete flag on orders that meet specific criteria.
