  • You now have the option to include Overage when using Factors
  • The ability to indicate during the “Submit for Review” process that you want the requested version to be flagged as the “Active” one once the Quote Department review is complete

    • Off: Does not auto copy, and does not prompt.

REQUEST FOR REVIEW9_14_11_6

  • With this option selected (which it is by default) the requested version will be set to “Active” once all requested ABL Quote departments have finished reviewing the quote.  Please note the active version will not change until then so whatever version is currently active will stay so until the review is complete.

  • If this option has been selected for a quote version that is still in the review process and you attempt to change the active version manually you will receive a prompt to continue or cancel. If you continue the version you manually requested to be flagged active will be flagged active. Any active flag changes waiting for the Review process to be completed will be canceled, though the Quote Review will continue as normal.
