Request for Assistance and Schedule Builder Enhancements!

Request for AssistancePreferred Rep Contact – We have added a new field to Request for Assistance called Rep Contact.  You will be presented with this field just prior to submitting the request.  By default your name will be selected although you do have the option to select someone else in your office.  This can be particularly helpful if you are entering the request on behalf of someone else.  The Rep Contact in addition to the Created-By user will be included in email notifications (ECD changes, Completion, etc).RFA_1

Advanced Search – In the Advanced Search dialog you will now see a Sort Order section.  You can sort your results from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest using the fields Creation Date, Requested Date, or ECD.  There is also an option to show the top 100, 250, or 500 results.RFA_2

O&M Manuals – The request type of Post-Installation has a new secondary selection of “O&M Manuals.”  This selection will be used if Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals are needed for the project.   As with other Post-Installation requests an order is required.RFA_3

Other Enhancements –

  • The requested date will now show on the email notification requesters get when an ECD is changed.

  • There is a new selection of “Per Plans” under the question “How Should the Sensor Layout be Determined?”

Schedule Builder Enhancements –

  • We have added a Select All check box at the top left of the schedule grid.

    • The Export option is now available on schedules that have been shared with you from Acuity. The schedule exports to a .csv file that can then be imported into another schedule.

      • When you version a schedule you will now be presented with the option to carry over version specific notes.
