Mark Lighting Warranty Claims Now Processing via AGILE RFC Tool!

Effective August 15, 2016, Post Sales warranty claims that contain Mark Lighting products are now enabled to be processed within the AGILE Request for Claim (RFC) tool. You are no longer required to email warranty requests  to MarkLTGPostSales@acuitybrands.com for manual entry of your claim.

Your Agile RFC Order number is simply your Agency number plus your 5-digit Mark Lighting Sales Order number  (provided via order confirmation from MarkLightingCustomerCare@acuitybrands.com)

Sample Order Number =  XXX-80373. This creates the RFC order number.  (Do not use the Mark Lighting PO number)

You may then select your order lines as you do all other Acuity orders and attach any relevant documentation or photos directly to the claim. You’ll receive a notification regarding claim acceptance and will communicate with the Post Sales Team via the two- way communication feature within the tool, as you currently do with other brands.

Using the Agile tool will provide improved efficiency and accuracy when servicing your claim. We understand that transitioning to a new process can be challenging and we are here to help.
