New Product Search!
On Tuesday May 15th, the existing Product Search will be replaced with a new Product Search in support of the launch of the new LightQuick and Contractor Select programs. It will be located under the Orders tab of agile. It will also be found within Acuity Distributor Center.
Product Search will offer a new look and feel while continuing to provide you with the ability to search by Catalog #, LightQuick Made to Order, Clearance, and Field Warehouse (for those that have access to a field warehouse). We have also added additional filtering and sorting capabilities, along with a redesigned Product Details page. The new Product Search will also be accessible on your mobile device. Type productbrowse.flywheelsites.com into your mobile web browser and login with your agile credentials.
We will also be piloting a new way of searching called Browse by Category. You will see it in the product search menu called Browse by Category – Beta. As you drill down from category, to product type, to series, we will display images along the way to guide you to the product you are looking for. This is most helpful if you or your distributor are unfamiliar with our product catalog numbers. The beta will include a handful of key categories, but we will be adding to it and enhancing the capabilities through the coming weeks. Product Search Quick Reference
I thought we were going to be able to see where an item was stocked? The only thing that changed is the look of this. This is a problem when trying to help a customer find enough stock for their job and/or for them to decide if they want to air freight something in. Customer care does not respond fast enough for us to get an order in on time or to help the customer on the phone. It would be more helpful for us to have information available. It also helps save Acuity in air freight charges.
Where do we find what location (DC) the stocked items are in ? We need to be able to easily see items in our DC so that we can easily will call for our customers. Please advise.
This is not helpful at all. Need to know what DC this material is stocked at.
Have already received 3 complaints from distributors. Please fix!!!!!!
. Why are you not showing the Distribution centers on there anymore? We send Customer Care emails to release lines from the DC that has items in stock and now we don’t know what DC stock is at just shows items at 3 different locations so we cannot see if DC is on the east coast or west coast to release it.
Hello we really need to be able to see where the stock is located. I have access to several different DC’s and they all have different transit times. How are we supposed to quote a lead-time if we don’t know where the fixture is located?
on this new product search we need to be able to see the stocking locations for availability including those outside of our main stocking DC. We also need to be able to see the breakout lines of the product that we are searching for.
