New Site Contact Fields in Agile Claim Request

With today’s release of the Agile Claim Request application we have added a new set of “Site Contact” fields.  When populated these fields will allow the Warranty Service team to directly contact someone at the point of impact to get any additional information needed to process the claim or clarify any questions that arise.  They will also allow our Marketing Teams to conduct end user surveys on the overall Acuity Product and Post Sales experience.
