What’s New with Shipment Notifications?

You asked and we listened!  You can now subscribe to an order for shipment notifications and select a fellow agency user to receive the notification!   

When you click the notification icon, select Shipment Notification Multi-User.  If you are just subscribing for yourself, you can continue to use the Shipment Notification option.   

This will bring up a list of users at your agency who have opted in to receive notifications in the Order Preferences.  Simply check the box next to the person(s) you want to receive the notification and click OK.   Be sure to select yourself if you want to be included.    Only people who are subscribed to an order will see the notification icon shaded on their order dashboard.   

That’s it!  The people selected will receive both a shipment and delivery notification for all shipments for that specific order.  

At any time, a user can be removed or remove themselves from the subscription by clicking on the notification icon and unselecting the person.
