Project Container Release Notes (06/22/22)

This morning a new version of Project Container was deployed. This release includes the following:

  • Addressed an issue where the Territory/Order Rep and Spec Rep fields on Accepted Specification Registrations were incorrectly becoming editable once the Project was in Hold Order or Order Phase
  • Addressed an issue where approval buttons on Accepted Specification Registrations were incorrectly being re-enabled for the Territory Rep when the Project was launched from the Recent & Favorites dialog box
  • On New Project creation, Job Name has been made a required field to prevent an error from occurring
  • The “Save As New” functionality has been limited to projects in the same channel model (i.e., projects under 3 digit reps can only be converted to other 3 digit reps, and projects under 4 digit reps can only be converted to other 4 digit reps)

The enhancements just keep on coming! Today’s enhancement….Project Container. Check it out.

  • Recent and Favorites now in Project Container!
  • You can now send Follow Up Notes immediately from Project Container. Look for this functionality to be available for Orders, Quotes, Payments, Invoices, and RFD soon.

More Document Enhancements!

In this latest release we have added a new date column to the documents grid called “Upload Date”.  This will display the date and time the file was uploaded into agile.  We are also providing you with the ability to group uploaded documents by the various column headings.  For example you can now group documents so they are displayed according to who they were uploaded by.
