Introducing TechConnect (10/1/24)

ABL Tech is excited to announce the upcoming launch of TechConnect, a centralized information repository for customer-facing systems including Agile and ADC.

Note: This is not to be confused with Product Technical Support.

What?    

One central location that hosts:  

  • a library of Agile blogs and Agency Network Briefs  
  • proactive system alerts for Agile and ADC issues  
  • links to useful web pages
  • links to documents for troubleshooting common workstation issues 
  • contact information for Agency Support 

How?  

  • no need for yet another set of credentials; users will simply access TechConnect from the icon next to your user name on the green navigation bar at the top of Agile
    • If the Agile Home page is down, you also access the site using this direct link TechConnect.

Why?  

  • skip the support line and check here for live updates about system issues/outages 
  • no need to search through emails for Agency Network Briefs

Agile Availability Issues Update

You have experienced several Agile outages over the last couple of weeks.  Our team is continuing to work on resolving the problem, which is happening within our core network infrastructure.  Agile crashed on January 18th, January 23rd, twice on January 24th,  and again this morning (January 31st). In each instance, we contained the issue.  We now have a playbook for containing the issue if it happens again, including a monitoring tool that provides “early warning” for this type of event.  This morning’s outage was contained to 30 minutes of downtime.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
