Over the past month, many agents reported that they were affected by a variety of viruses or malware that severely impacted their machines.  While working through these issues, it was discovered that several of the affected machines did not have anti-virus software installed or it was an outdated version.

Enhanced Agency Administration

  • copy applications and roles when creating a new user!
  • inactivate employees in one step
  • see all users and roles for a specific application
  • assign applications and roles from one screen
