WHAT IS agile REP?
agile Rep is a new mobile app for the iPhone or iPad. agile Rep replaces agile Mobile and is made available exclusively to Acuity Brands Lighting factory authorized sales agents/reps. agile Rep has a new and improved layout for checking availability and pricing and issuing quick quotes from the mobile device and new features such as checking order status for ABL and Non-ABL orders and tracking shipments.
WHAT ARE THE FEATURES?
On the NEW Orders Tab you can:
- search ALL orders (ABL and Non-ABL), favorite orders or orders by customer (distributors or contractors)
- determine shipment status at a glance
- filter orders by Hot Order flag
- view order line detail including product spec sheets
- check the detailed shipment status of orders
- link to carrier websites to track orders
- view a map showing an order location and directions
- send emails from the orders which automatically includes the order information
- view and email packing slips and customer invoices
On the Products Tab you can:
search for products using partial or full descriptions, CI-Code, or UPC Code or use the product assistant to help you step through each nomenclature component- view product specification sheets with the ability to email the link to the spec sheet to a customer
- check availability including on-hand and in-transit availability of products at authorized stocking locations for stock and estimated days to ship for non-stock products
- view pricing and commissioning including rep and customer standing quote pricing
- add items to the cart for quoting purposes
On the CART Tab you can:
- quote a specific customer
- email the quote with the option to show availability and/or pricing
- submit the quote to agile as a Quick Quote so that it will be visible on the Quote dashboard back at the office
What’s Required to run agile Rep?
- an iPhone or iPad with IOS 4.3 or higher
- an iTunes Account
- a valid, active agile log in and password
- access to agile Mobile granted by your LAN Admin

agile Rep webinars will be held on the following dates. Additional dates will be added as needed.
