Projects Gone Mobile!!!
Calling all sales people! Another major blog you don’t want to miss! We are pleased to announce that you now have mobile access to your agile Project Containers via agile Rep! Be sure to download the new version of agile Rep today!
agile Rep has been expanded to include visibility of Project Container. What does that mean exactly? It means project information is at your fingertips while you are on the road, organized in such a way to provide the ultimate in follow up capability.
First, choose the grouping of projects you 
wish to view:
- My Projects
- Favorites
- By Customer
- All Projects
Because projects in different phases require different follow up action with different customer types, choose projects in a certain phase:
- To Be Bid
- Previously Bid
- No Bid Date
A summary of projects matching your search criteria will be returned with an icon indicating the status of the project (open, committed, closed)
Once you drill into a project, you can see:
- basic project container information
- the contacts affiliated with the project
- notes associated to the project
- documents that have been attached to the project
- quotes that have been issued for the project
- orders that have been placed for the project
…all with a few taps of your finger!
Additionally, you can update basic information on the project such as status, bid date, quote person, and follow up sales person. What else can you do??
- You can add contacts to the project!
- You can add notes to the project (yes, even critical notes)!!
- You can even upload pictures to the project!!!
These actions will update the agile Project Container back at the office for others to see immediately! You may be wondering if you can create a new project….the answer is yes, with basic information.
