Acuity Distributor Center Account Management and Training
During the week of March 10, 2014, we will be putting Acuity Distributor Center account management into the hands of the agency. With this change comes the following enhancements:
AGENCY VISIBILITY OF YOUR DISTRIBUTOR USERS
Agency Admins and others at the agency given access, will be able to view all distributor users of the Acuity Distributor Center for your agency (by distributor location) and remove access that is no longer valid.
AGENCY MANAGEMENT OF DISTRIBUTOR ACCOUNTS AND REQUESTSBy default Agency Admins will be responsible for approving account requests received from distributors OR can delegate this responsibility to someone else in the agency. The designated person(s) will receive email notifications when a user has requested an account and will be able to approve the account outside of the agency admin tool.
ENABLE agile LOG IN WITH ACUITY DISTRIBUTOR CENTER FOR VISIBILITY OF ALL CUSTOMERS
Agile users who currently have a separate log in for ADC can request setup by the agency admin to enable their agile account with access to ADC thus having one log in for both. The user will automatically have visibility of ALL active Distributors for your agency.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO PREPARE?
- Participate in web training to learn about this new functionality
- Determine those in your agency you want to manage ADC accounts (approve new user requests and remove obsolete users)
- Determine which users in your agency need access to ADC to support their customers

- 3:00 PM EST, Monday, March 10, 2014
