Over the past month, many agents reported that they were affected by a variety of viruses or malware that severely impacted their machines.  While working through these issues, it was discovered that several of the affected machines did not have anti-virus software installed or it was an outdated version.

We suggest that every agency workstation is checked to ensure that Trend is installed and you see an icon like this:

If you see one of the icons below, your machine is at risk and you should contact Frontline Support.  Issues include:

A real time scan is offline

scan-offline

A machine has an outdated Trend client installed

old-trend-client

or no Trend client installed (click on the up arrow to verify)

no-Trend-installed

Frontline Support will assist you to install Trend as well as checking for viruses or corrupted files on your machine.
