Open an order in Agile OM and navigate to the ‘Post Shipment’ tab.

Once you’re in the ‘Post Shipment’ tab, you’ll find three sections: ‘Claims’, ‘No Charge’, and ‘Returns’. In the ‘Claims’ section, view a summary of Order Claim details such as order, request, and claim numbers, status, issue description, and creation date. Below, item details include line and part numbers, product description, and quantity ordered versus rejected, along with rejection reasons. If you need more details, simply click on the Request ID. This will take you directly to the Claim request page for further information.

In the ‘No Charge’ tab, access details of no-charge orders like claim number, authorization, order numbers, creation date, and creator’s user ID. Further down, find line item specifics such as line number, fixture type, part number, description, quantity, and shipping dates. For more information or to view the full order, click the order number hyperlink. See the example in the screenshot below.

In the ‘Returns’ tab, access detailed return information linked to your order, including order and RA numbers, approval status, return type, business unit, validity, initiator’s name, entry and last update dates. Below, find return specifics like approval status, part number, description, quantity, reason code, and line status. This tab offers a complete overview of all returns. For more details or to review a specific return, click the RA number hyperlink.

Troubleshooting:

  • Don’t see an RA that was just processed? No worries! The returns sync overnight, and it will show up within a 24-hour timeframe!
