New Fields in Project Container (10/15/24) 

Several new fields have been added to the General Tab of Project Container to enable enhanced tracking capabilities. Selections made to all these fields will be captured in the Project Container Audit Log.



There will also be a series of follow-up releases integrating these new fields into the various other elements of Project Container. Integration of the new fields into the Project Container Dashboard (including viewing, editing, and exporting) is projected to be rolled out in late October. Additionally, integration of the new fields as search criteria options in the Project Search dialog and capturing of the new fields in Project Printouts are projected to be rolled out in early December. 

Project Scope
This multiple-selection dropdown will allow you to track if an opportunity consists of Lighting and/or Controls.

ABL Spec-Level
This single-selection dropdown will allow you to track what percentage of the opportunity is Acuity products.

Quote Person Changes
The Quote Person fields have been updated. The field formerly called Quote Person has been renamed Primary Quote Person, and two new fields have also been added: Lighting Quote Person and Controls Quote Person.

In a future agile Quotes release we will be adding the ability to select which of the Quote Person fields you would like to show on a Quote Printout.

This date field will allow you to track approximately when a job is anticipated to be completed by.
